Do you accept insurance?
My practice operates on a private pay basis only and does not accept insurance. If requested, superbills can be provided to the client. A superbill does not guarantee reimbursement for speech language therapy evaluations and treatment.
What is a superbill?
A superbill is a detailed invoice provided by a healthcare provider to patients who are looking to submit a claim to their insurance for out-of-pocket expenses. I can provide a superbill but cannot guarantee reimbursement by your insurance.
Where do sessions take place?
Sessions are conducted in-home in the Silicon Valley/ South Bay Area or remotely via Zoom. For specific questions on whether or not services are conducted in your area, please fill out a contact form.
How is payment accepted?
Personal or bank check made out to Sharon Segev, Venmo, Zelle, or cash are accepted.
